Don't replace your roof - restore it! Superior Roof Restorations' MR® System is a complete waterproofing system for metal roofs. It stops leaks, inhibits rust, and provides an energy-efficient, long lasting, attractive finish coat, which will extend the life of the roof for years. During the restoration process, each problem area is systematically addressed, repaired and resealed; then the entire roof is coated with a reflective finish coat.

Application Process

Power wash roof with Rust Off®

Prime roof,using Encase Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer.

Caulk fastener heads & vents using Kwik Kaulk®

Reinforce seams with Spunflex™ fabric in Base Coat and/or Spunflex Butyl Tape.

Apply one of three white finish coat options, RAPID ROOF® III Top Coat, Benchmark® Top Coat or PUMA® XL Top coat at approx. 2 gallons per square.

New life for an old roof! We've taken our innovation to new heights with this complete waterproofing system for aged-approved membranes that can improve and extend the life of an existing roof. As roof membranes become weathered, rooftops can crack, leak and pick up dirt, diminishing its effectiveness and energy saving properties. Superior Roof Restorations' elastomeric coatings provide a cost-effective solution for repairing and preserving approved membranes, resulting in improved energy savings.

Pressure wash roof with WAC II™

Prime roof surface with Tack Coat™

Reinforce seams with Spunflex™ embedded in RAPID ROOF® III Coating.

Apply white RAPID ROOF® III Top Coat at approx. 2 gallons per square.

Don't replace your roof - restore it! Superior Roof Restorations' Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) System is a great way to provide high-grade insulation on roofs for protection from the elements. SPF, combined with one of our superior coating systems, effectively controls air infiltration, adds building strength and reduces cooling and heating costs.

Application Process

Remove loose debris from roof.

Apply closed-cell spray polyurethane foam with approx. thickness of 1".

Apply Benchmark® Base Coat at approx. 2 gallons per square.

Apply white Benchmark® Top Coat or PUMA™ XL Top Coat at approx. 2 gallons per square.

*Recommended for application over the following surfaces EPDM, BUR, Mod-Bit, Concrete, Metal, Wood & Composite Decking.
